I made an appointment for an oil change at 10 and did the wiper add on. They moved my appointment to 11 which was fine at first, but then I waited for my car for two hours after coming in. Turns out, my oil change, the main purpose of the appointment, had been done for a long time, but they’d been messing with the wipers only to find they didn’t have the right wipers. I don’t know how it takes an hour to figure out the wipers aren’t going to work and why I wasn’t notified earlier, seeing as I was in the lobby. Ultimately, just an oil change took three hours with the appointment change and wiper-induced delay. I appreciated that I was given $15 off the oil change for the trouble, but still, an oil change appointment should not take that long and I’d recommend going elsewhere.

I’ve been going to Firestone for years for oil changes, alignments, tires, and general auto care, and they’ve always taken great care of me. Dale and the team are professional, honest, and easy to work with. They genuinely treat you like a friend, not just another customer—which is rare these days. On the few occasions something didn’t go perfectly, they went above and beyond to make it right. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a trustworthy shop.

I had a great experience thanks to Ricky Gomez. Ricky provided excellent customer service from the moment I arrived. He greeted me right away, finished assisting his current customer, and quickly helped me with my vehicle. I was fortunate that he was able to get my car checked in so quickly and have me back on the road even faster. A big thank you as well to Ethan Phife, the technician who worked on my car. I truly appreciate the efficient and quality service from both of them!

5 stars all around for the Firestone off William Cannon in South Austin. The lifetime alignment policy is honestly a no-brainer if you plan on keeping your vehicle for a while. I came in because I had a slight vibration issue and instead of just trying to sell me services, the team actually took the time to troubleshoot and inspect the vehicle to try and save me money. Miguel was super helpful over the phone and walked me through everything alongside Ethan, the technician, who did a great job explaining what they were seeing. Ricky checked me out afterward and gave me a ton of useful information without making me feel pressured at all. Overall I felt very taken care of and respected throughout the whole process. Great customer service, honest communication, and a team that genuinely seems to care. I’ll 100% be back.
